Come Grow with Us!
We have Sunday School classes for age 2 and up. The focus of the Sunday School hour is discipleship, teaching children God's Word, and how it applies to their life today. God has blessed us with excellent teachers who are truly committed to the spiritual nurture and well being of the children in their classes.
We have a well-equipped nursery for newborns to age 2. Our nursery features a quiet area for sleeping babies and nursing mothers. Our play area features bright colors, safe toys and equipment, and a safety mat floor for crawlers. The nursery is open during each regularly scheduled service. Parents may worship and be encouraged from God's Word with complete assurance that their little ones are being safely and lovingly cared for by our dedicated volunteers.

Jump Start features organized activity centers, visitor registration, Sunday School check-in, Worship and Lea's Bistro. Each week, Lea serves breakfast to the children until 8:55 am. The relaxed, friendly atmosphere allows children to fellowship with their friends before the structured environments of Sunday School and Worship. Sunday School teachers will join students at 9:00am for a time of opening worship and then escort the student to class.
AWANA is a ministry for children age 2 years through 6th grade. AWANA begins Wednesday after Labor Day and ends in May. The name AWANA is an acronym that stands for "Approved Workman Are Not Ashamed", taken from 2 Timothy:2:15. The purpose of AWANA is to reach boys and girls with the gospel of Christ and train them to serve Him. AWANA is a dynamic ministry with each club night consisting of Council Time (Bible message, announcements and awards), Handbook Time (passing sections in their handbooks) and Game Time (active, fun, age-appropriate games). We have more than 20 faithful adults serving Christ through AWANA and ministering to the children in their care. Each year hundreds of Bible verses are memorized, salvation decisions are made, and a number of children gain assurance of their salvation.
